Despatch - normally we send items on the next working day following purchase.
You will receive an email as soon as a package is despatched so that you will have some idea of when it will arrive. Normally, the postal services that we use are quick and reliable.
Postage - our policy is to keep your shipping costs to a minimum within the constraints of providing an excellent service.
- UK standard service is by Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcels service as specified in the listing
- Overseas standard service by Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets)
- If the parcel contents is valuable, we may require Special Delivery in the UK or Signed-for/Airsure service overseas
- Shipping to Asia, South America and Africa by Signed-for or Airsure service only
Customs declarations - are required for destinations outside the EU. We do not falsify customs declarations so please don't ask us to.

- All payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
- We take your privacy seriously. We do not disclose our buyers' details to third parties. Cookies may be used on this site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

- Please contact us immediately if there is a problem.
- You can return an item for a full refund at any time within 7 working days of receiving it. Items should be returned in exactly the same condition as when they arrived and carfully packed in the original packaging.The buyer pays the return postage cost.
- We will give you a full refund if the item fails to arrive or arrives damaged.
