Lost post - we will give you a full refund for items lost in the post but please allow 3 weeks in the UK and 4 weeks for overseas. Before these periods have elapsed the Royal Mail will not recognise the package as lost. Lost items will be reported to the Royal Mail who will conduct their own investigation.
